• Habit and goal data — daily habits you log, target height, and app settings you configure.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect certain information when you use the App:

• Usage data — entries logged, streaks, habit scores, features accessed, and time spent in the App.
• Device information — device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Crash and performance data — error logs and diagnostic information to help us fix bugs and improve the App.
• Push notification tokens — if you allow notifications, we store a token to send you reminders.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services used in the App, such as analytics providers and authentication services, as described in Section 4 below.

• Provide, operate, and improve the App and its features.
• Personalize your experience and your growth journey.

• In-App Purchases — purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
